Spout · Websites that get local shops noticed

Your shop.
Fully booked.

We build websites for barbershops and salons that take bookings while you're cutting, show walk-ins the wait before they come in, and put your whole week on one screen.

The phone rings while you're mid-fade.

Your clients want to book on their phone, at any hour, without calling. Here's what that looks like with your own site.

11:40 pmThey book when you're closed.

Most people decide on a cut at night. Your site takes the booking, so they don't go to the shop down the street.

Sat 1:15 pmWalk-ins see the wait first.

A live line shows how long until the next open chair, so walk-ins come back at the right time instead of leaving.

Sun 8:00 pmYou see next week at a glance.

Every chair, booking and regular in one dashboard. No more texts scattered across three phones.

How much is slipping away?

Count the calls you miss and the DMs you answer too late in a normal week.

Walking to another shop every month: $516 That's about $6,192 a year. 6.5× the founding monthly fee

Assumes half of missed calls and DMs would have booked.

Try it yourself

Go ahead, book a cut.

This is the booking your clients would use. Pick a service and a time, then watch what lands on the owner's phone.

The client side

And what your clients get.

Every booking comes with a confirmation, a reminder and an easy way to cancel or move it. In your shop's colors, not ours.

A confirmation, right away.

Time, barber, address and an "add to calendar" button, sent the second they book.

A reminder the day before.

Goes out on its own every evening, so fewer people forget and fewer chairs sit empty.

Cancel or change, no phone tag.

Their appointment sits at the top of your site with a live countdown. If they can't make it, the spot opens up for someone else.

The owner view

And here's what you see.

Every site comes with a dashboard for the owner. This is a real one from the demo, with example clients.

Owner dashboard showing today's schedule

Every chair's day at a glance, plus the walk-in line with estimated waits.

The work

Six shops. Six different looks.

No templates. Every site is designed around the shop. Open one, book a fake appointment, then peek at the owner view.

Your clients stay yours.

They book on your site, under your name. No app nudging them toward the shop across the street.

Keep every new client.

No marketplace cut. A new client's $80 first visit is $80 for you, not $56.

One price for the team.

Add a barber, add a stylist, add a chair. Your monthly bill stays the same.

A local team on call.

We're in the Twin Cities. Text us a change or tap "Request a change" in your dashboard and we take care of it.

Pricing

Simple pricing. No contracts.

One setup fee to build it, then one monthly fee for hosting, booking, the dashboard and everyday updates.

Questions

Things shop owners ask.

I already use Booksy or Square. Do I have to switch?

No. Your site can send clients straight to the app you already use, or you can use the booking built into the site. We'll go with whatever is easier for your clients.

Is it a real app?

It works like one. You and your clients add it to the home screen from your website in two taps, and it opens with your logo. No App Store, nothing to download. Your dashboard is its own app, separate from the one clients use to book.

Do I need to know tech stuff?

No. You send photos, prices and hours. We handle the build, hosting, your domain and your Google listing.

What if something changes later?

Text us. New prices, a new barber, holiday hours, fresh photos: everyday updates are included in the monthly fee, usually done within 2 business days. Bigger projects, like a full redesign or a new page, are quoted up front so there are no surprises.

Is there a contract?

No. It's month to month. If you cancel, the site comes down at the end of that month.

Who's building it?

A small local team in the Twin Cities. We come by your shop, take photos and walk you through the dashboard in person.

Do my clients get reminder texts?

Automatic texts are coming with Premium. Today, on every plan, clients get a confirmation email, a reminder email the day before and a link to cancel or change. You can also send a reminder text from your own phone with one tap in the dashboard.

How fast can it be live?

About a week from our first call, as long as we have your photos and prices.
